RYNER LINUMA

I am Tanzanian young adult with Bachelor degree of Rural Development of Sokoine University of Agriculture- Tanzania. Currently I am working as M&E Manager with Global Fund (GF)– TNCM (focusing on TB, HIV and Malaria. I previously worked as Individual Consultant on various aspects related to Project Cycle Management after completing my contract with CBM International Tanzania where I worked as Senior Programme Officer – Inclusive Programme Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation with the overall responsibility of providing inclusive programmatic coordination roles in ensuring that, program activities are designed, implemented, monitored and evaluated according to plans and budget in order for the programs’ goals and objectives are attained which include management aspects. I am also responsible and experienced on providing technical leadership in planning and coordination leading to conducting baseline surveys/assessments, Progress monitoring, Research and Evaluations to enhance performance measurement and learning to organisation.
