Dr. Saad Chahine is a freelance consultant who specializes in measurement and evaluation. He has extensive experience in the design and implementation of assessment and evaluation programs in k-12 education and health professions settings. He has worked with local and international government and non-profit organizations including: The Agha Khan Foundation; Ministry of Education in Trinidad and Tobago, Government of Belize, the College Board, Ontario Ministry of Health, Ontario Ministry of Education, and Nova Scotia Department of Education and Early Childhood Development. Dr. Chahine has also taught undergraduate- and graduate-level courses in quantitative research methods, assessment and evaluation, and program evaluation. He has held professional development workshops on logic models, large scale data-use, and the use of specialized quantitative and qualitative software packages (e.g., R, SPSS, and HLM).
