I have over 15 years of work experiences and out of which over 8 years of experiences in inclusive market development across the value chains/ sector’s portfolios of agriculture, finance, WASH, rural transport, handicrafts and renewable energy. Agriculture portfolios (crops) includes rice, chili, maize, jute, groundnut, mustard, sesame, soybean, bean, cucumber, tomato, dal, bitter gourd, bottle gourd, ash gourd, sweet gourd, snake gourd ; agriculture portfolios (livestock) includes bull, Cow, calf, bull calf, heifer, poultry, native poultry/ duck; agriculture portfolios (aquaculture) includes mono sex tilapia, carp fish, shrimp and pansgas; finance portfolios include Seasonal Loan program (SLP), made affordable for marginal people; WASH portfolios include hygienic Sanitation options; rural transport portfolios include inland and riverine transport options (modified and customized) for difficult terrain, infrastructure development, advocacy and capacity development of line agency; Handicrafts portfolios includes exporting dolls and family commodity through local raw materials; renewable energy portfolios includes solar. All portfolios are managed where related with priority and special focus on DRR, Gender, do-no-harm, governance, safe use, environment management etc. Special focus also given to system change across the portfolios of input and production services, output market linkage and support services in both public and private sector arena .Experiences also to implement Monitoring and Result Measurement (MRM) systems aligned with the DCED standard.
