I have developed winning proposals, identified and maintained strategic partnerships for funding, developed and delivered pitches for different audiences, developed and implemented a donor mapping and engagement plan among others. I am keen to further grow these skills sets to continue seeing the impact of such work on people's lives. I have experience managing complex projects, coordinating and leading between different departments to gather information required to ensure successful and timely high quality proposal development and project execution, including departmental project check-ins and high-quality reporting, for multiple projects at the same time.
