She is committed to tangibly improving the lives of vulnerable populations. ================ CAREER HIGHLIGHTS Facilitator of the Bentiu IDP Camp flood response: Executed the cross-sectoral emergency response project and the technical teams therein on the Bentiu IDP Camp WASH-Health-CCCM flood response. Coordinated with six external NGO partners alongside the Deputy Chief of Mission to ensure that all key objectives in restoring the IDP camp's structural integrity and bolstering essential services access. ---- Co-executor of flagship Rapid Response Fund program: Led the operational expansion of the Rapid Response Fund program from a $3m to 13m annual budget, alongside the Program Manager, with BHA naming it as the flagship RRF program globally and a model for localization and quick impact emergency initiatives. --- Lead developer of $22m US Bureau of Humanitarian Affairs funding award: As the lead donor liaison to BHA, I spearheaded the development of the $22 million, 16-month BHA award, enabling comprehensive nationwide coverage across WASH, Health, CCCM, Protection, SNFI, and Data Management departments. This initiative significantly funded IOM's critical humanitarian activities, enabling and expanding our operations for an additional 16 months.
