With over three decades of experience, I specialize in managing and directing large-scale, multi-disciplinary infrastructure and institutional development projects, with a focus on water, wastewater, irrigation, energy, and healthcare systems. My expertise lies in program leadership, infrastructure governance, utility reform, social and environmental safeguards, and climate resilience planning, with a strong track record of delivering projects funded by the MCC, USAID, and private foundations across Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. I have deep experience in building utilities and government institutions, guiding resettlement and social inclusion programs, and improving utility creditworthiness to attract private capital. My sector focus spans urban and rural water and sanitation, irrigation, renewable energy, and health infrastructure. I’m currently developing AI platforms to automate program management, resettlement, and ESG compliance for developmental projects that can also be customized for infrastructure projects across sectors.
