Ms. Battle is a successful international development consultant with professional and personal travel experience in 40 countries across Africa, Europe, Middle East, Latin America and the Caribbean. She brings diverse programmatic, technical, operations, and business development expertise in developing and conflict-affected countries. She has deep experience designing tools and training for conducting country assessments, strategy development, proposal capture, and program design. She is adept at providing technical support and management of governance, civil society, civic engagement, political transition, stabilization, countering violent extremism (CVE), and peacebuilding projects, as well as building the capacity of government and civil society in complex contexts. Ms. Battle has strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex political, security, policy, and programming data to develop recommendations and inform adaptive management processes.
