Summary

I am an experienced development professional specialised in work related to rural resilience, rural development and private sector development. In the past three years I have been Team leader for five major evaluations of DFAT and USAID programs (minimum program size ~ $40 million) focused on Africa, the Middle East and SE Asia. With DFAT, these include i/ whole of program review of Australia's contribution to private sector development in Timor Leste, ii/ mid term review of the Cambodian Agricultural Value Chain program for DFAT, and iii/ Australian Humanitarian Partnership programming around the Rohingya Response. With USAID I led evaluation of i/ their multi-sector private sector competitiveness program in the Palestinian Territories, ii/ the Assets and Market Access Innovation Lab, and iii/ Africa RISING - USAID's vehicle for supporting research for development programming aimed at African smallholder farming households.
