Summary

I am a humanitarian worker, serving as a Project Manager with a focus on Child Protection and Education in Emergency. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strong analytical thinking and the ability to manage high-stress situations, along with organizational and program management skills acquired through my work with international non-governmental organizations (INGOs) and international organizations (IOs) in the field. My proactive, results-driven approach to problem-solving allows me to quickly adapt to new situations and deliver results under pressure. In addition, I have previous experience in field research and data analysis, utilizing statistical software such as Excel, Stata, and R. My high-quality communication, strong diplomatic and soft skills, as well as excellent writing abilities, have been honed through both my university education and professional experiences. I am a self-starter who can work autonomously and as a valuable team player, consistently bringing a results-oriented approach to every challenge I encounter.
