Currently Seth is the Senior Manager for HIV Diagnostics at the Clinton Health Access Initiate (CHAI), where he is focused on the introduction of new technologies in resource-limited settings. His responsibilities include supply-side engagement with diagnostic companies small and large, alike, the development of market strategy, and building business cases for new investments. He is also responsible for guiding in-country uptake of technologies, including developing policy, monitoring implementation, and building a scientific research agenda. Prior to joining the global Laboratory Services Team, Seth managed the CHAI Diagnostics team based in Lilongwe, Malawi. He oversaw the scale-up of point-of-care CD4 testing for people living with HIV to more than 70 treatment centers providing increased access to critical laboratory technology. He was also responsible for on-going support to the Ministry of Health to carry out mentorship activities and introduce mHealth technologies. He led the development of several research protocols and monitoring and evaluation activities. Prior to joining CHAI Seth worked for 3.5 years at a revenue cycle consultant with Huron Consulting Group, providing services to large hospital and health systems. He completed implementations at four health systems including managing institutional change management, process redesign, information technology implementation, and project management. Seth completed at MSc in Health Economics Policy and Management at the London School of Economics in 2016 and earned a BA in Economics and Anthropology from Carleton College.
