I’m an experienced senior manager in Public Financial Management (PFM), Public Procurement and Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), with long term experience in working with Donors and Governmental Entities in Mozambique. Strong project management abilities in medium and long term projects, working with multi-disciplinary teams. Very resilient, focused and problem solving orientated professional.
