As the former Head of Strategic Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting (PMER) for the Jamaica Red Cross my areas of expertise are; Project Management, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting within the social development areas of HIV/AIDS, Community Development, Disaster Risk Reduction Management, Agriculture, Education. I also have a strong background in project accounting and operations ensuring that donor funds are spent and reported within the stipulated guidelines especially with regards to procurement. A part of this portfolio includes the training of those involved in the spending of said funds being aware of the parameters.This has seen me assisting and completing the relevant audits.
