A media practitioner, writer and researcher focusing specifically on politics and human rights employing a gender perspective in academic research. I have worked as a full time journalist for a leading English language daily newspaper in Pakistan and have also offered my services as a gender consultant to various national and international organisations. I was recently sub contracted by the German Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs to write on the football industry in Sialkot, Pakistan.
