Sheldon Maschler is also known as Shelly Maschler a former trader and businessperson based in Boca Raton. Maschler graduated from Wingate High School. He is best known for his work in the electronic trading industry. Maschler was a founder of Datek Securities, one of the earliest online stock trading platform. Under his leadership, Datek became a major player in the industry, leveraging advanced technology to offer faster and more efficient trading services. While Datek was eventually acquired by Ameritrade in 2002, the reforms and improvements Maschler initiated have forever changed the way business was done on Wall Street.
