I have 15+ years of experience in providing leadership and technical oversight in the development and implementation of health informatics and health systems strengthening projects in Asia, and East and Southern Africa. I have worked closely with ministries of health, research institutes, universities, donors, and stakeholders and have a strong background in program development, coordination, implementation, and reporting. I have also worked in developing national HIV surveillance systems including data collection and validation protocols, database management, and dissemination of HIV surveillance information. In addition, I have; *Experience in working across several time zones and cultures effectively and efficiently *Demonstrated leadership and supervision of diverse and dynamic cross-cultural teams comprising of clinicians, researchers, and several cadres of healthcare workers *Experience with CDC, USAID, PEPFAR, and GFATM reporting requirements
