Summary

I am a Health and Development professional with progressively responsible experience with national and international organizations in Liberia, South Africa, Lebanon, the United Kingdom and Zambia. My work and professional interests center on Maternal, Child and Adolescent Health in low-income settings. I am interested in the delivery of community based-low cost interventions to improve the mental health of women and investigating how improved maternal mental health relates to improved outcomes in children. I am also interested in understanding how public policy reform targeted towards problems such as poverty, social exclusion and gender disadvantage can be leveraged to promote improvements in mental health outcomes. In addition to maternal, child and adolescent health, I am open to opportunities in health informatics, behavior change communication and health systems strengthening.
