  • Accomplished multi-cultural, multi-lingual leader, facilitator, motivator, trainer & educator in strategic planning, design, implementation, team-building, organizational development and capacity building in formal & non-formal settings with experience in university education;
  • Effective team leader, builder and player with demonstrated mentoring & coaching skills;
  • Proven track record in the design, application & training of environmental regulations including USAID Reg. 216 with technical background in other environmental trends & activities.
  • Results oriented, dedicated to development;
  • Effective listening, speaking & negotiation, and conflict mitigation & management skills;
  • Excellent computer & communication skills, fluent in English, Arabic, French, & Haitian Creole, prior conversational proficiency in Turkish, Kurdish, Farsi & Russian, and beginner in Spanish & Malay.
