I have almost 30 years’ experience on Judicial Reform, Rule of Law, Decentralization and Local Governance Project on 26 Projects where I worked as a Chief of Party, Team Leader, Component Manager, Adviser, Trainer, Consultant and Evaluator. I have excellent knowledge of Civil law and solid knowledge of Common and Sharia Law Systems and abilities for creation of conditions for Independent Courts, Court Administration and Judicial Councils by establishing independent budgets, Back Log Reduction Programs and Random Case Assignment. ; I have Ability to easy initiate process of establishing connections with various institutions on various hierarchical levels in intercultural society and drive them to the demanded goal through participatory approach. I am expert in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) methods, particularly mediation and conflicts prevention I am highly familiar with various judicial systems, court procedures, criminal and civil, and level of adoption and implementation of Universal and European Charter of Human Rights and other international standards as well.
