Given my experience of working with a variety of organizations, regions and countries, yet with a focus on small-holders, marginal and landless communities, livelihood promotion has been the core of my work in the development sector. My focus of work has revolved around visible direct or indirect positive changes in the lives of people with adequate measures to ensure the quality and quantity of work. With my three decades of experience in various sectors that include livelihood promotion, entrepreneurship, small-scale aquaculture, MicroFinance and several other areas. Have worked in the academia, an International NGO, an Inter-governmental Organization, the Government of Timor Leste, Micro Finance Sector, an International Consulting firm and a Livelihood Promotion organization.
