Proven leadership in providing MEAL technical assistance, including rigorous research design, quantitative and qualitative analysis, digital data systems, capacity building, and cultivating strong partnerships with donors, colleagues, and local stakeholders. I have worked in Morocco, Rwanda, Afghanistan, the Philippines, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Burkina Faso, Mali, Togo, Niger, Madagascar, and Ethiopia.
