Summary

Stephen Awudi Gadri Mr. Stephen Awudi Gadri is the Author, Founder and President of Trokosi Fellowship International established on 22nd June, 1999. His foundation was to abolish harmful traditional practices such as Trokosi system in Ghana, Togo and Benin where the practice is persisting underground. He is dedicated in eradicating poverty, improving sustainable agriculture, ending food and hunger, and malnutrition through the African Green Revolution Concept (AGRF). He participated and made tremendous contributions to the Ghana Demographic and Health Survey (1998GDHS) organized by the Ghana Statistical Service and National Population Council held in Ghana, 2000. He made a presentation at the International University in Zhengzhou (China) and University- Community Partnership for Social Action Research Network and has been honoured with certificate of participation. In the year 2000, the American Biographical Institute, Oakland conferred on him an Honourary Research Board of Advisor 2000, distinguished him among his peers in a contemporary society. He contributed to the United Nations World Summit Fit for children in the year 2000. He is a research partner to the Royal Tropical Institute (KIT) Netherlands in the Publication Exchange Programme (PEP) dissemination. Stephen is the Author of his first book title: The Revealed Myths About Trokosi Slavery: Human Rights Violations published by Author house UK/US in the year 2010 now available at amazon.com. He was awarded Certificate during the Second International Training Workshop for Community Leaders from Developing Countries held in “Ghandhi Teerth” Jain Hills, Jalgaon, Maharashtra, India by Gandhi Research Foundation, Arizona State University, UCP Sarnet and Jain Irrigation Systems Limited 20-26 October, 2013. He is an accomplished local and International Public Speaker and has spoken at 212 Workshops, Seminars, Platforms, International Conferences, Christian Conventions, Graduation Ceremonies and Traditional festivals across Africa and Asia. He is honoured with Certificate of participation as a Lay Counselor in Psychology by Department of Psychology, University of Ghana Legon 2018. He is a Ghanaian African honoured International Certificate at the International Congress on Gandhian Thought in commemoration of The 150TH Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi on 22nd November 2019 at Fatima College, Madurai organized by Research Center of Economics, Fatima College Madurai and College of Gandhian Thoughts, TGSN, Gandhi Museum, Madurai.
