1. Over a decade’s experience with non-profits in managing projects with specific knowledge in community organization, health services management, community development and maternal and child health research in Nepal, Hawaii and the Pacific. 2. Project Consultant for health/nutrition survey, program evaluation, community assessment, civic education and technical assistance for non-profits management. 3. Over 6 years of population health research experience in Hawaii and the Pacific in the field of mental health, child health and nutrition, breast, cancer prevention, HIV/AIDS and underage drinking etc. 4. Experience working with low literacy, rural population including rural women and children in multicultural settings in Nepal, Hawaii and the Pacific. 4. Three years of experience in managing training (assessment, design/development of curriculum, training delivery and evaluation) for social services capacity building. 5. Serving as a board director of Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies Coalition of Hawaii and President of Nepalese Society in Hawaii (both non-profits).
