Summary

Susan Branker Greene is a seasoned international development leader with over 25 years' experience in project planning, programme management and strategic management at national, regional (20+ years) and global levels (5 years). She has successfully led the design, implementation and oversight of complex, multi-sector programmes-most notably managing a €12 million regional portfolio across 16 Caribbean countries and a US$ 1 billion global technical assistance programme at Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance. Susan is particularly recognised for her role in fostering evidence-based decision-making through robust Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) systems. She has led more than 15 evaluations and developed MEAL frameworks for six major regional programmes, while training over 150 government and institutional stakeholders. A skilled development cooperation strategist, Susan has led multi-year regional planning processes and facilitated multi-stakeholder engagement across the Caribbean and Africa.
