Sybe Rebel holds a Master in management consultancy and a Bachelor in education. He has over 20 years of experience in capacity building, organisational and management development and training and education in government as well as private sector especially within the finance and energy. His international consultancy started with an assignment for the Department of Foreign Affairs of the The Netherlands executing a feasibility study on agri-export from Bolivia. An assignment from the Department of Agriculture (The Netherlands) took him to all continents. He started as an entrepreneur in 2003 and founded in 2008 PiCompany South Africa. Until date he is involved in high profile projects in skills development and education for i.a. Sector Education and Training Authorities, Department of Higher Education and SAQA (South African Qualifications Authority) Sybe Rebel's past and current clients experience him as a quality driven reliable and innovative expert, consultant and project manager. With experience in the private sector, government and as an entrepreneur, Sybe Rebel is able to add value to organisations in improved performance, cooperation and learning.
