Taiwo Dauda

Taiwo Dauda has two decades of experience in Europe and Africa within the financial services industry, specifically in the development finance and private equity sectors. Taiwo has led and supported the formulation of strategies and operations programs to integrate project finance methodology and public-private partnerships (PPP) into the Nigerian infrastructure development market, with a focus on transportation, mass housing and district development, power and renewable energy and efficient energy and municipal common services. Consequently, he has liaised and coordinated with Government, development partners and private sector financiers on innovative structures to achieve financing for PPP infrastructure projects, as well as developed technical assistance programs to facilitate mobilization of private sector participation and financing. Taiwo has led and supervised performance of reporting staff across different functions, including finance, risk management and compliance, human resources, operations and logistics management, and transaction legal, providing clear direction and conducting regular appraisals to ensure ongoing learning and development aimed at improved staff delivery on objectives and targets.
