Tania has 22 years of extensive experience and proven expertise in the implementation and management of various Project Programs with bi-lateral and multi-lateral donor organisations (Swiss Development Cooperation, Mastercard Foundation, GIZ, AFD, etc.). Before joining adOpes, Tania was the Country Director, Uganda for the Swiss Foundation for Technical Cooperation (Swisscontact) and worked in previous roles with the same organisation in Mali and Benin, West Africa. She holds a Masters degree in Development Policy from the Université Paris 1, La Sorbonne, Institut du Développement Economique (Economic Development Institute) in France.
