I am Taye Lucas Rufai, a graduate of Local Government and Development Studies, master’s in policy and development studies from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Kaduna State-Nigeria, and a certified Project Management for development professional London Institute of Management and APMG International respectively. Currently working with Mercy Corp Nigeria Conflict Management Programs As a Senior Program Officer for the USAID funded Community Initiatives to Promote Peace (CIPP) Project which seeks to build the capacities of community Religious,/Traditional Leaders, Women/Youths groups and PLWDs communities to address early warning threats to community stability with regards to disputes resolution across CIPP communities in Plateau state Nigeria.
