Former Director of Capacity Building, Program leader and trainer of trainers with over 25 years of experience creating inclusive organisational cultures, respect for diversity, talent management, and sustainability within NGOs, UN settings, foundations, and corporations. I hold dual master's degrees in international organisations, international law, human rights, and economics. Over the previous ten years, I directly negotiated or supported negotiations of international frameworks, such as the Agenda 2030 for the Sustainable Development Goals in New York and the Sendai Framework on Disaster Risk Reduction in Geneva. I established several teams of persons with disabilities worldwide. Previously, I directed UNESCO's Open Schools Programme for the Culture of Peace and against juvenile violence in Pernambuco, Brazil, my home country. As a confident public speaker and trainer, I've gained direct experience in over 40 countries. I am fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese.
