Tenley Dalstrom is an experienced program director, designer of public/private partnerships, energy analyst and strategic communicator focused on clean energy technology innovation and deployment. She is a multi-stakeholder initiative designer, driver, and leader with many successful initiatives both overseas working on multilateral research and policy initiatives with USAID, UNDP, UNEP, and the EU, and domestically with the U.S. Department of Energy and California Energy Commission. Her subject matter expertise includes the transition to a clean energy economy, clean energy innovation and entrepreneur support, and the gender/energy nexus, with a specific interest in scaling the development benefits of clean energy access and entrepreneurship. She holds Masters degrees in both Environmental Management and Public Policy and Administration for Developing Countries, and Bachelors in Public Relations and Environmental Sciences.
