Achievements at FINCA as Chief Accountant shows close fit with the demands of a CFO: below are the achievements • Reporting: managed the reporting pack for 2012 and 2013 and also FINCA TZ is mostly always the first to submit the B5 and the mapped reports, • External Audit was the key person running the audit with Deloitte and had for 2013 and 2013 and the highlight was for 2013 the audit was completed without any single audit adjustment, • On Tax issues I became the key tax specialist for FINCA TZ and achieved, bringing the Tax audit to current since 2009-2012 with minimum P/L impact and also helped the appeal which saved potential $550K loss, • Central Bank (BOT) first ever audit was successful and I became key person in coming between Central Bank's requirements and the reports from credit staff.
