I have over 12 years of technical expertise in emergency response, food security and livelihood, market development, health, child protection, water, sanitation and hygiene, disaster risk reduction, conflict management, peacebuilding, and community-driven development programs. As the monitoring and evaluation expert, I have a wealth of experience in terms of developing the project/program design, logical frameworks, indicators, performance monitoring plans, and M&E frameworks and tools. I have been to Ethiopia, Jordan, Mongolia, Thailand, and Indonesia as work-related visits. I am particularly experienced in leadership, program management, strategic planning, developing evaluation design and tools, communication, and collaboration. I have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Burmese and English. I have a Master degree in Development Studies from the Yangon University of Economics, an Associate Degree in Social Sciences from the Open University of Hong Kong, and a Bachelor Degree in Economics from the Yangon Institute of Economics.
