Summary

Dr Tim Grice is an organisational development specialist with deep experience in the design and delivery of social performance and international development programs in Asia Pacific, South America and Africa. For more than 15 years, Tim has worked extensively across the private sector, public sector and civil society in the areas of strategy, organisational design, organisational change, leadership and team development, workforce planning, and human capital management. Tim has also led social performance and international development programs in community health, law and justice, financial inclusion, institutional strengthening and infrastructure development. With funding from The World Bank, Tim is currently working on the design of an independent centre for natural resources in Solomon Islands. Tim is also working through the ‘Pacific Leadership and Governance Precinct’ in Papua New Guinea to strengthen ethical leadership in the public sector. Prior to establishing LeapFrog International, Tim held social innovation and organisational development consulting roles with Deloitte, JKTech and Prospect Consulting. Tim also led Newcrest Mining’s sustainable development department on Lihir Island in Papua New Guinea. Tim holds a PhD in organisational psychology from the University of Queensland and is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the World Future Society.
