Over 20 years cumulative experience in social policy and social inclusion issues including: (i) planning, budgeting, assessment programs, strategies, concepts, public policies; (ii) social assistance targeting cash benefits schemes, social services development, standardization, accreditation, quality monitoring; (iii) development the statistical indicators and methods of combination for assessment different social situations; (iv) database/information management systems assessment; (v) data collection and analysis related to poverty reduction and social inclusion (child and family protection, gender, migration, development and diaspora issues); (vi) revision, adjustment to the national context MDGs targets and indicators, as well SDGs indicators appraisal for nationalization; (vii) UNDAF formulation, monitoring and evaluation process, as well common country assessment for UNDAF prioritization; (viii) civil society consolidation.
