For 10 years, Mr. Anderson has led USAID’s LAC Bureau and 13 LAC operating units to become recognized leaders in evidence generation and use through mentoring, provision of training, facilitation of peer-to-peer learning, drafting policies and how-to guides, and delivery of high-quality reports and briefings to senior U.S. government leaders.
