Passionate about Human Resource Management; my career path and roles have been very intentionally selected to ensure that I not only bring new skills and experiences to the roles that I take up but also learn something new while at it. This deliberate and calculated trajectory has seen me work most recently as a Global Talent Acquisition Manager for three regions of Africa, Asia and Middle East. I have worked as a recruiter at a regional level as well as a career manager besides experiences as a HR generalist, HR Business partner and a HR and Admin professional. The experiences have been gathered working in Kenya, South Sudan, Nigeria and DR Congo, Ethiopia for both long term and short term roles in the INGOs sector - both humanitarian and developmental. It is my intention to always take on roles that challenge me to grow while also making me have an impact as soon as I arrive. This is because I am highly adaptable, very professional, firm in my values while also exposed to working with people from all parts of the world in different organizations and assignments. Coming into a new role, I easily hit the ground running while also acknowledging that each place has its own way of running business. I do not shy away from sharing my experiences and knowledge everywhere I go to make sure I not only perform my tasks successfully but also to make sure the organization and people therein learn from me as well to better their best.
