I write above average French and English with excellent translation skills as a veteran journalist. I am used to provide communication content for brochures, leaflets, print, websites, for audio and video clips, to edit and produce such clips. I am an HR specialist for communication departments, community or commercial radio and television stations and assist in setting up low cost television stations and in digitalizing media. I am also grounded in the establishment of regulations templates and guidelines with international accreditation for Broadcasting and ICT. Launched a call centre/bulk data capture/BPO centre in Mauritius. I possess an MBA. Australia, am a Fellow of Syracuse University, USA and of the EBU with various diplomas in Journalism and Mass Communications. I have been News Editor, Director of News and CEO of the Mauritius Broadcasting Corporation as well as the Chairperson of the Independent Broadcasting Authority and of the ICT Authority of Mauritius with extensive contacts in Africa through the ICT regulatory and broadcasting network. I am presently a Consultant to set up the infrastructure of an offshore company in Mauritius.
