Worked with MSMEs for many years and have been utilizing my knowledge and experience to assist these enterprises from a project management perspective in terms of establishing businesses or assisting with making strategic changes to businesses. I understand the unique challenges MSMEs face in terms of business development and more notably, acquiring financing to aid this development. I have an in-depth understanding of business operations, accounting and finance, accounting systems, project management and processes across various sectors. Hands-on experience in analysing financials statements, budgeting, leading small teams, coordinating projects. Ability to adapt to different industries and new technologies seamlessly. These skills have been acquired through over 13 years of work experience where I moved from auditing the accounts of small and medium sized enterprises at Ernst & Young Caribbean to my current role as a senior manager in a medium sized enterprise, Packaging Centre Ltd., which I have held for the past eight years.
