I am a senior advisor in KPMG's Deal Advisory team, East Africa. I have up to 5 years of experience in private sector development, budgeting and planning, market intelligence, research and analysis, feasibility studies, due diligence, valuation and restructuring assignments across various sectors. I currently working on a commercial due diligence on a the Kenyan healthcare sector on behalf of a PE firm. Notably, I have also worked on restructuring assignments for companies listed on the Nairobi Securities Exchange supporting the management teams using financial analyse potential debt restructuring options and turn around strategies. Prior to joining Deal Advisory, I worked as a market intelligence associate involved in business development of the KPMG International Development Advisory Services (IDAS). This entailed carrying out market research and analysis on development assistance services, studying donor trends and preparing pitch presentations for senior management team. Based in the Africa headquarters in Nairobi, I served offices in Kenya, Tanzania, Ghana, Uganda, Zimbabwe and United Kingdom with operations in Africa and Middle East.
