Policy Planning and Institutional Development Expert -- Twenty-five years of experience (15 years of field work, mostly in Africa) working for the World Bank, governments, and internationally funded development projects, focusing on policy planning and evaluation, M&E systems, governance, institutional development and post-conflict transition. Particular focus on the institutional dimension of development work, using the Stafford Beer’s Viable System Model and institutional economics for organizational diagnostic and performance-focused capacity building.
