A measurement learning and accountability professional with 14 years working experience in various organizations implementing projects in: trade & investment, service delivery and health system strengthening (HSS). In Health programs I have worked in projects implementing HIV&AIDs prevention, care and treatment, Orphaned and Vulnerable Children (OVC) / Child Protection, Malaria, Reproductive Maternal, Neonatal, Child and Adolescent Health (RMNCAH), Most at Risk Population and HSS Strategic Information (SI). While supporting the projects, I have designed and implemented Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) systems, M&E plans, M&E Frameworks, Performance Management Plans (PMP) and M&E training packages. As an M&E specialist supporting local implementing partners (LIPs) within Eastern Africa, I have experience in proposal writing and review as well as reviewing performance, building their capacity in M&E and providing the necessary feedback. I have vast experience in qualitative, quantitative and spatial data collection, analysis and use. I have developed, managed and implemented databases to track the flow of information for small and large datasets, placing a specific emphasis on data quality. I have apt skills in use of statistical packages such as SAS, STATA, Tableau, Excel, Tableau, QGIS and Ms Access. I have keen interest in strengthening organizational and individual capacity in integrating data-driven approaches in collaboration, knowledge sharing, learning and accountability in strategic planning, decision making and program management.
