I´m an economist with more than 25 years of experience, working at the public and private sectors, on policy issues in agricultural and private development, industrial enhancement, trade, trade promotion and institutional strengthening. Graduated from The George Washingotn University in DC., with a major in Economics and a minor in Political Science, (BA, 1983) and from Purdue University (M.Sc in Agricultural Economics). Working with Chemonics International for the last ten years.
