Wario Malicha is a governance and development specialist with a demonstrated experience in managing and monitoring development programs in Northern Kenya and other ASAL regions. Having worked with civic and social organization industry, Wario has vast understanding of governance and humanitarian project to inform polices and programmes. During his sojourn at UNDP, Wario provided field assignment support and management of the conflict and resource use program. All his professional activities encompass engagement with local communities, donor organization, government officials, and civil society bodies and have sought to develop complex and collaborative partnerships between these stakeholders to address multifaceted and interconnected issues. Wario has knowledge in a range of local and regional assignments spanning over resource conflict issues, research, and social data analysis and public engagement programs.
