Project management skills and accounting and finance expertise, I have worked as operations and cash manager for standard chartered bank Tanzania for nine good years, also I worked with the biggest local bank in the counrty, National Microfinancre bank as a credit officer, mainly incharged with crdit management in micro and small entrepreneurs loans. Having done the project management knowlegde and some practical knowledge after supervising two construction projects, I now stand the chance to work with all program and project activities at proft and not for profit organisations. I have the leadership and magement skills, Team work and motivationak skills,problem solving, communication skills etc.
