I am MEAL and program management professional especially on health and nutrition background with over six years of experience in managing and implementing various health programs in Myanmar. I have worked with different international organizations such as Action Contre La Faim, University Research Co.LLC, and MSF-Holland, as well as private hospitals. I have skills in MEAL system development and integration, surveillance system initiation and strengthening, nutrition assessment, staff management and capacity building, coordination with government and partners, budget forecasting and planning, and primary health care. I have also demonstrated leadership, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities in challenging situations such as emergencies, restrictions, and expired agreements. I have a medical degree from a recognized university with ongoing two master's dgerees are fluent in English and Burmese. I am currently the MEAL Head of Department for Action Contre La Faim in Yangon, where I lead the development and integration of national MEAL systems across programs, supervise assessments, monitoring and evaluations, ensure effective information and data management, provide technical support for accountability and learning, support to proposal development and planning, manage and build the capacity of MEAL team, and represent ACF in external coordination meetings.
