I have twenty years of experience in hydrological investigation, water resources modelling, hydraulic (dam design) design of mini/micro hydropower, design of dam, dam safety, hydropower assessment, irrigation headwork and river management structures, integrated water resource planning and management, flood mapping, IWRM assessment, preparation of Strategic Action Plan for riber basins, WSDP preparation (hydropower expert) with a PhD specialising in two dimensional unsteady flow modelling, sediment transport, morphological modelling and a Masters Degree in water resources and hydrology, a postgraduate diploma in Hydrualic Engineering and a B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering. I am also experienced in project management in report preparation, detailed project design and cost estimate, computer programming (Fortran, Visual Basic, etc), implementing ADB and World Bank development policies in developing countries I have worked in Ethiopia, Rwanda, Burundi, Tanzania, Malawi , South Sudan , Germany , Nigeria , Lesotho and Kenya.
