Ms. Yulia Yesmukhanova has 20 years of experience in managing international development projects. She has managed projects that addressed decentralization and local governance; civil society development; empowerment of youth and women for civic engagement; civic mobilization, civic education, and citizen oversight; strengthened political and civil rights; and facilitated discussions about national policy reform. Ms. Yesmukhanova has extensive experience with program design, management of technical assistance programs, and building partnerships with local stakeholders. She is currently a Director for Civil Resistance Project under Partnership Fund for Resilient Ukraine managed by Chemonics, managing a GBP 9.5 mln annual fund. She previously managed in the role of DCOP USAID programs with maximum budget of USD 67 mln over 6 years project. In these roles, she provided oversight for up to 30 staff members and managed the technical leadership of the programs.
