Procurement specialist with 18 years of experience working with USAID Pretoria and Botswana. Managed the USAID Pretoria procurement portfolio and performed Acquisition & Assistance (A&A) functions for the health PEPFAR program with an operating budget of $1.5 billion as Senior A&A Specialist. Prepared and reviewed documents throughout the various steps in procurement process: proposal preparation, negotiation, acquisition award, and modifications or terminations. Speaks English.
