I have earned two master degrees, one in Commonwealth Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Supply Chain Management & Master’ degree in Gender & Women Studies. Have over 18 years of experience in operations, administration, logistics, procurement, finance & HR with the development, public and private sectors. Proven track record in managing large teams, complex operations functions and large procurements & finance. Experience of working with national and multinational organizations in the development sector. Has taken several initiatives by providing numerous opportunities of learning to my counterparts in the field of operations & financial management, primarily focusing on delivering up to date knowledge and expertise in the field of operational management. Have successfully designed and implemented policies and procedures related to operations, procurement and inventory management, training and development as well as employees compensation and benefits. I am currently working as Supply Chain Officer, Islamabad for International Rescue committee (IRC). Before IRC I have worked with PCGC, IRC & World Learning Inc.-USAID Pakistan Reading Project (PRP), Education Development Center (EDC)-USAID Teacher Education Project (Pre-Step), Population Council Inc., The Volunteers Social Welfare Organization (VSWO), Integrated Research & Development Organization (IRDO). I have to manage operations & logistics management, financial management, HR management of different donors like EU, British Council, UNDP, USAID, World Bank, WFP, GGP unit Embassy of Japan, German Embassy & UNFPA. I strongly believe that I can add great value to the organization with my leadership and managerial skills, analytical and problem-solving approach, supplemented with my interpersonal skills.
