Toshinori Hamaguchi

I am a japanese man who has been currently looking for a job in an international development organisation like the UN, the World Bank and the ADB which are actively working for people all over the world. I have my job experiences in working for several technical cooperation and loan projects which focused on capacity building of counterparts and beneficiaries including small farmers and village people in agriculture, community and rural development and education at the World Food Program and the Japan International Cooperation Agency in Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Uganda, Burkina Faso, Egypt and Timor Leste. Recently I successfully finished my work for a technical cooperation project of JICA on Value Chain of Local Rice as a project coordinator in Timor Leste in September, 2018. Through those experiences, I could enhance my planning and management skills of development projects by various development schemes including Technical Cooperation Project, Loan Project, South-South Cooperation, Regional Cooperation, which can effectively meet actual situations and needs of the target people and organization. Furthermore, by planning and implementing many field surveys including baseline, monitoring, needs and impact assessment surveys, I could enhance my analytical and research skills which are very important in planning and improving the project activities. As before, I would like to work for an international development organization and be involved in planning, implementing and managing development projects in the sectors above so that they can effectively contribute to sustainable development of beneficiaries and their societies. On the other hand, in case there is any other private company in different areas, which can highly assess my professional experiences and practical skills, make full use of them and offer me a good job position on which I can futher enhance my professional skills and expertise, I am willing to take that offer.
