The project will provide technical assistance for : - Establishment of communication goals and development of a communication strategy for the Romanian Energy Regulatory Authority. - Identification of options and tools via which the communication strategy will be implemented, including the prioritization and assessment of those tools - Strategy implementation through : o Development of information materials tailored to different groups of electricity consumers o Organization of information dissemination and awareness raising events addressed to electricity consumers.
Profil et qualifications requis Requested profile and qualifications
- Marketing University degree - Experience in Awareness raising/dissemination activities and development of communication strategy of at least 5 years - Experience in the management of projects related to information dissemination activities and awareness raising events - Experience in coordination of press and media relations - Familiar with energy market liberalisation process and of related electricity European Union Directives
